Typo on comment- it is suppose to be 'because' not 'beyond'. My usual response in my blogs is that the typos are placed within the text on purpose because some people like finding them and pointing them out and I do strive to please everyone; but this typo makes the text confusing. Sorry about that.

Hi everyone, I am new to the network so I thought first I should introduce myself. I am Clara Thomas, a natural health practitioner, herb specialist, and hypnotist. With means I have three paying jobs and one that doesn't (housework). When I become overwhelmed by a task, I usually just shut down and do nothing at all. Which of course is no good, then I found this research study on procrastination and it has helped me to get past those moments beyond you can change your view of things, so I thought I'd share with you. Hope it helps.

A study led by Sean McCrea of the University of Konstanz in Germany found that how we view a task determines whether or not we put them off. People who thought about the task abstractly (what it implied about personality traits, or the implications of it) were more prone to procrastinate. By focusing on the concrete or specific action -how, when and where- of doing the task actually makes it feel like it should be completed sooner and reduced procrastination.

I've been very busy lately to but I can't use that for an excuse...lol I'm getting back wit my workout routine TODAY... procraastinating is not something I do...No way.
